Becky & Matt: Married on their farm

When Becky reached out last summer about their upcoming spring wedding on private property, I was excited from the start! She shared that the event would be hosted on their own farm, with many contributions and touches from family and close friends. From my arrival time, it was apparent that Becky and Matt were there to truly enjoy their day and immerse themselves in an experience that fully represented who they are.

I loved how hard they worked to get their property ready- they even built a pole barn - with the help of their loved ones! Their reception decor within the space entailed some of the most beautiful florals and touches I have seen: bold, vivid colors detailed the tables, among stacks of vintage novels, and gorgeous tablecloths. The 90's tunes they had playing during downtime really put the icing on the cake, too!

Becky knew she wanted their bridal portraits to incorporate their hooved children: their horses! She hired a handler to care for them and assist with portrait time, and we ended up with some beautiful shots. Not only did her horses play a role in their special day, they also were sure to take portraits with their pups, too.

I loved their gorgeous, laid-back farm wedding!
