If the pandemic taught me anything, it was a love for small, intimate, backyard weddings. The union of Megan & Brendan was no different! Her mother referred me to them, after I photographed the wedding of a friend's daughter, and I knew instantly we were a good match. They planned to wed on her family's land in Newberry, with her parents and his family members present!
On a long term visit from their home out west, they planned to exchanged I-do's underneath a draping oak tree, with a pond backdrop. They ordered a cake for the event, and Megan held the most gorgeous bouquet by the local florist, Iron & Clay. Her mother helped her get ready, and she even had a first look with dad in the front yard. Brendan's sister served as the officiant. Once the ceremony was complete, we used the golf cart to ride around the property for photos in a few different spots. The coolest part? Using their homemade pop-up camper as a photo prop!
