This engagement session was naturally more special than most, because Kelsie is my niece, we are all SO excited to welcome Matthew to the family. From the moment we met Matt in 2019, we knew he was something special. Kelsie had found her match: someone who was also level-headed, hard-working, enjoyable to be around, and who LOVES the water! You always hope your loved ones end up with good matches, and we couldn't be more proud or excited of Kelsie & Matt's choice to start their lives together next fall.
We had a hard time narrowing down a location for their engagement session, because the possibilities were endless! They both love the outdoors & the coast, so we considered the beach, the in the end opted for private property out in Archer where Kelsie spent many days exploring the backwoods with her BFF. They will get their coastal photos though- they will tie the knot at Villas by the Sea in Jekyll Island, GA! (My dream of photographing a couple near beach driftwood will finally come alive! :) I love that Matt wore the special hat they had designed together, displaying their initials. Her cousin Natalie, of NME Photography, joined us as well and even made a short video for them!
Congrats to Matt & Kelsie- we can't "Waite" for your big day!
